Improving Performance Based Management

Description

This Project aims at evolving the performance-based management culture and developing and implementing Business Intelligence resources to support DECEA’s managerial needs.

Performance-based management is a decision-making method supported by three principles: strong focus on desired/required results; decision-making guided by such results; and dependence on facts and data for decision making.

Goals

  • Ensure that the decision-making process is supported by relevant data that reflect reality and integrate the various business areas, at all managerial levels of DECEA.
  • Provide the Business Intelligence infrastructure to meet the needs of DECEA’s managerial indicators.
