This Project aims at integrating the various Quality Management Systems at SISCEAB, in accordance with DECEA’s policy and strategic objectives.
The improvement in the quality management of meteorological and aeronautical information is a highly relevant factor to achieve an integrated and functional Air Traffic Management System, which allows the safe management of greater air traffic volume.
The Quality Management System aims to effectively manage the operations specified in its scope, thus seeking to increase the satisfaction of the stakeholders, including processes for continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the quality of data and services provided by organizations subordinate to DECEA.
- Ensure the harmonization and standardization of Quality Management Systems implemented in organizations and services under the jurisdiction of DECEA.
- Increase in the quality of Aeronautical Meteorology and Aeronautical Information Services and other SISCEAB activities.
- Raise the safety rates.
