The purpose of DCA 351-2 “Brazilian ATM Operational Concept” (Portuguese version only) is to present the vision for the evolution of the National ATM System and guide the establishment of the strategy for the evolution of the Brazilian Airspace Control System (SISCEAB) capabilities in an orderly, safe, timely and sustainable manner, and aligned with the ICAO Global ATM Operational Concept (Doc 9854).
This Operational Concept provides a high-level definition for the capabilities, infrastructure and procedures which are possible with the implementation of new technologies, aimed at generating benefits for the ATM Community. However, it does not replace or supersede specific guidelines regarding operations in the airspace under Brazilian responsibility.
