The purpose of DCA 351-6 “Brazilian UTM Concept of Operations” (Portuguese version only) is to provide a high-level definition of DECEA’s concepts, capabilities, infrastructure and vision for the coming years in the area of Unmanned Aircraft System Traffic Management (UTM).
UTM is defined as a specific aspect of air traffic management at low altitudes (below 400 feet) where Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) operations will take place in a safe, economical and efficient manner, through the provision of a uniform set of services in collaboration with all stakeholders under the supervision of DECEA.
